Returning an online order
If you wish to return an item purchased online, please ensure it is returned within 28 days of receipt, in its original condition, unworn and with all tags intact.
To make a return, simply package the item securely and send it via a courier of your choice to the address below:

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.
At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Faulty or incorrect items
Every Lynne Coleman piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at lynne@lynnecoleman.com, including your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order.
Tracking your return
If you have used a tracked service, you can follow your return using the tracking information provided by your chosen courier. We are unable to track returns on your behalf.
