Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders.

All pieces are dispatched from our premises on Guernsey which is located outside of the United Kingdom and the E.U. We prepay all taxes and import duties where possible so that the prices you see are inclusive of sale taxes.

VAT - For purchases delivered locally to Guernsey, or collected from our premises on Guernsey, VAT will be removed from the advertised sales price. Please contact our customer services cs@lynnecoleman.com for additional information and instructions

In jurisdictions where we are unable to prepay the taxes, we will communicate with the customer prior to shipment to resolve the issue.

RETURNS

We comply with the Fair Trading (Guernsey) Ordinance. This means:

  • Consumers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in certain circumstances as set out by law, including where goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet statutory requirements.

  • Refunds will be provided using the same method of payment used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree to an alternative.

  • For distance sales (such as online purchases), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, and receive a full refund, provided the goods are returned to us in accordance with the Ordinance.

  • Any return, refund, or exchange will be processed in line with your statutory rights and is not solely at our discretion.

  • We will not impose any fee for processing a refund.

Prior to returning any goods, please contact our customer service department by sending an email to cs@lynnecoleman.com. We will then provide you with a returns reference and further instructions and assistance.
